Job Summary
Architect and evolve Docebo's AWS cloud infrastructure end-to-end, taking projects from initial blueprint through implementation to guarantee ultra-high availability and scale. Design and implement self-service Infrastructure-as-Code templates and automation workflows to eliminate manual toil, while partnering with Security teams to maintain audit-ready FedRAMP configurations and streamline patching. Collaborate with Engineering to launch new services, respond to high-priority incidents, and drive platform upgrades based on post-mortem insights. Master observability tools like Datadog to optimize system resilience, speed, and cost-efficiency, while mentoring junior engineers through code reviews. Work three days a week in the office in Atlanta or Athens, with flexibility for the remainder of the week.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in cloud systems or platform engineering
- Proven expertise managing complex, production-grade AWS infrastructure
- Intermediate to advanced mastery with IaC tooling like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Hands-on proficiency with Linux, Docker, and running microservices on Kubernetes/EKS
- Strong experience using Datadog (or similar observability tools)
- Experience using Git/GitLab for seamless code delivery and automation
- Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies
- Fluent scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Collaborative, team-first approach to solving complex engineering problems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent real-world experience)

- Direct experience maintaining and patching FedRAMP-regulated or highly compliant cloud environments
