Job Summary
Senior Cloud Engineer focused on Microsoft Azure; responsibilities include designing enterprise-grade Azure environments (IaaS & PaaS), IaC with Terraform/Bicep/ARM, secure Hub-and-Spoke networks, VPN gateways, Azure Firewall and Private Link, leading complex on-premises-to-Azure migrations (Lift-and-Shift or Refactor), aligning deployments with the Azure Well-Architected Framework, and automating deployments with PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, or REST APIs. Requires 5+ years IT with 3+ years Azure architecture, 2+ years Terraform/Bicep/ARM, Vault for secrets, network mastery, scripting in PowerShell/Python, migration experience, governance/security experience, and relevant certifications. Preferred: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, AKS, AKS/Container Apps, FinOps, Grafana/Log Analytics/KQL, Kubernetes certifications (CKA) and AZ-305/AZ-400.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years on Azure Architecture
- 2+ years using Terraform or Bicep/ARM
- Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault
- Experience with VNet peering, UDRs, NSGs
- PowerShell and Python automation
- Migration experience to Azure
- Azure Policy and RBAC security
- Certifications: CCIE or Cloud Certification in Networking for Azure or GCP
