Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary
Manage cloud tenant subscriptions and support engineering teams in building applications while driving infrastructure reliability and operational readiness. Coordinate security processes including risk assessment, threat modeling, and incident response readiness alongside DevOps engineers to maintain CI/CD pipeline stability. Ensure operational stability through system administration, basic networking, and automation using Terraform and PowerShell. Requires minimum five years of Microsoft Azure experience with infrastructure tooling and security compliance. You will contribute to end-to-end product development for global OEMs within a flexible work environment offering home office options and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in cloud infrastructure / operations at Microsoft Azure (e.g. Azure VNets, VMs, PaaS services)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of infrastructure tooling, platform components (e.g Terraform, ARM templates) , automation (PowerShell, Bash) and monitoring
- Solid understanding of system administration and basic networking (e.g. DNS, routing, High Availability)
- Experience with cloud security topics and associated processes (vulnerability management, risk assessment, threat modeling, penetration testing, incident response)
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and collaborate across teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience enabling multiple product teams via shared cloud platforms
- Understanding of web development concepts
