Job Summary
Lead the new GCP Infrastructure & App Modernization team by defining best practices, breaking down monoliths into microservices on GKE, and establishing IaC and security architecture standards. Act as a technical mentor and strategist to shape the team's culture, methodology, and service offerings from the ground up. Translate complex technical visions into consultative solutions for clients while driving the transition to a modern, scalable environment. This role combines the stability of an established consultancy with startup agility to build a new service line.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience
- GCP expertise
- GCP certification
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge
- Security architecture knowledge
- Experience building modern and robust systems
- Experience breaking up monoliths to microservices
- Experience with GKE
- Consulting skills to explain vision to customers
- Ability to define best practice
- Ability to build the desired environment
- Ability to act as a mentor and technical leader
- Ability to design architecture
- Ability to scale systems
