Job Summary
Deliver proactive workplace wellbeing services, coaching, and psychological support to diverse clients across government, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Conduct regular wellbeing consultations via telehealth, from home, or onsite to support mental health, build resilience, and address emerging challenges before they escalate. Assist employees in reflecting on experiences, developing coping strategies, and sustaining professional wellbeing while managing complex presentations requiring external referral. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic client records. Required Qualifications
- AHPRA Registered Psychologist
- Minimum 8 years' clinical experience delivering counselling or psychological support services
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic client records
- Highly professional, confident, and skilled in building rapport and engagement with a diverse client population
- Solid presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently discuss workplace mental health, wellbeing strategies, and organisational solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also operating autonomously
- Well-developed planning, organisational, and time management skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to client service delivery
