Job Summary
Senior Clinical Trial Leader at DePuy Synthes (part of Johnson & Johnson) to plan and execute company-sponsored clinical trials in the Medical Device franchises. Lead assigned studies, partner with Clinical Franchise colleagues and BSDMs, ensure protocols, timelines, and regulatory requirements are met, coordinate day-to-day operational activities including site communication and vendor collaboration, track study budgets, support implementation of clinical systems and process improvements, and contribute to publication activities. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant clinical research or regulated environment experience; knowledge of GCP, regulatory standards, and cross-functional teamwork; experience in clinical trial management or medical device programs preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; preferred fields include Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Nursing, or Biological Sciences
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, including exposure to clinical research, clinical operations, or regulated environments
- Preferred experience in clinical trial management or related clinical research roles
- Exposure to medical device development or clinical programs
- Industry certifications such as CCRA, RAC, or CDE
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Understanding of clinical regulations and standards across regions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional ethics and integrity
