Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy for clients and family members while providing life-skills coaching off-site in the community or clients' apartments. Perform Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and comprehensive intakes for all prospective clients, maintaining accurate charts compliant with The Dorm's Policy and Procedure manual. Participate in weekly supervision, group supervision, and co-facilitator supervision, and provide clinical individual supervision to student interns and consulting staff. Deliver at least 25 hours of clinical work per week, including up to four on-call rotations annually and two evenings weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling or related program in psychology
- State Licensure in social work or counseling
- at least 3-5 years of related experience in a clinical setting with adolescents or young adults
