Job Summary
Conduct verbal behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism. Provide clinical oversight and supervision for teams, including mentoring Behavior Technicians and newer BCBAs. Lead caregiver and staff meetings while monitoring progress to make data-based treatment decisions. Attend monthly clinical supervisor meetings and quarterly roundtables for ongoing training. Model ethical ABA practices and collaborate with leadership to refine clinical systems. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- WI BA licensure
- 2–3+ years of experience practicing as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA and supervising others in ABA
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support teams
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA and treating clients & staff with dignity and respect
