Job Summary
Senior Clinical Specialist responsible for securing and expanding clinical placement partnerships with healthcare organizations to ensure students have access to required clinical training across nursing and allied health programs. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders, coordinate end-to-end affiliation agreements between academic partners and clinical institutions, ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness, collaborate with internal teams to reduce bottlenecks in the placement process, and provide insights to nursing leadership on partnership trends and capacity. This role supports program launches and ongoing partnership development to enable scalable clinical capacity and positive student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical education, workforce development, healthcare partnerships, or related field
- Experience managing complex coordination efforts involving multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Experience supporting healthcare education programs, healthcare operations, workforce partnerships, or clinical education environments
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, including ability to engage executive-level healthcare stakeholders
- Experience managing contracts, affiliation agreements, or partnership coordination processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with clinical education models, healthcare program operations, and accreditation considerations
- Understanding of clinical onboarding or compliance-related processes impacting healthcare education partnerships
- Experience working with healthcare workforce initiatives or clinical education expansion efforts
- Experience using partnership tracking systems, CRM platforms, or operational workflow tools
- Understanding of healthcare workforce challenges and clinical capacity constraints
- Risks and regulatory considerations in clinical partnerships
