Job Summary
Provides advanced engineering, sales, educational and technical support for complex inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals regarding CRM products. This role requires a thorough command of CRM products along with the ability to develop and lead training programs for healthcare professionals. Candidates should have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience mentoring less experienced Clinical Specialists and supporting regional CRM implant case coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 6+ years increasingly responsible experience in cardiac pacing and related industries
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
- Evidence of advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
- Ability to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills for effective coordination
- Comprehensive personal computer skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
