Job Summary
Senior Clinical Specialist, CPT in Phoenix, AZ providing technical, clinical, and device programming assistance to Territory Managers; delivers high-quality clinical support, mentorship, and education to Clinical Specialists and care teams; supports therapy adoption and patient outcomes through troubleshooting, case support, and longitudinal follow-up; engages healthcare providers to demonstrate product value, addresses clinical questions, and identifies training needs to expand customer usage and comfort with Abbott therapies; travel expected and schedule may be unpredictable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Clinical Specialist
- 6+ years of experience working with patients in a clinical setting
- Exceptional clinical competence
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area on a regular basis
- Capable and willing to work an unpredictable schedule that may change on short notice
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization
