Job Summary
Senior Clinical Specialist, CPT in Chicago, IL. Delivers technical, clinical, and device programming support to Territory Managers; provides high-quality clinical support to accounts and patients; mentors and trains junior Clinical Specialists; delivers longitudinal patient follow-up to monitor therapy progress and optimize outcomes; identifies customer training needs and delivers targeted education to increase therapy adoption. Travel is expected within the assigned area (approximately 25%); supports clinical education initiatives and helps develop new Clinical Specialists through field coaching and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Clinical Specialist
- 6+ years of experience working with patients in a clinical setting
- Exceptional clinical competence
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area on a regular basis
- Capable and willing to work an unpredictable schedule that may change on short notice
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization
