Senior Clinical Sales Training Manager

Job Summary
Senior Clinical Sales Training Manager leads development and execution of training initiatives for both external customer-focused education programs and internal salesforce education programs. Develops and continuously updates the Sales Training curriculum in partnership with Marketing, R&D and Sales leadership to maintain and improve deployment skills of accounts users. Manages onboarding for new hires and delivers in-person and remote trainings, serving as main point of contact. Collaborates with Sales to drive new account product introductions, reinforces vascular disease-state knowledge and clinical techniques, gathers feedback on marketing resources, and provides clinical input to marketing. Drives ROI-focused education strategies, develops leadership and career development programs for Sales Team members, and ensures alignment with Sales and Marketing. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in design/administration of training programs in the medical device industry, strong product knowledge, and ability to travel. Salary range: $140,000–$160,000 annually. Salary may vary based on location and other factors; benefits include stock options, 401k, health benefits, PTO, and parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- minimum of 8 years of experience in design and administration of training programs in the medical device industry, including people management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working with the demands of a sales workforce and healthcare professionals
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a customer-driven focus and sense of urgency
- Ability to travel
- Demonstrated product knowledge in the medical device field
