Job Summary
Design, plan, and oversee international pre-market and post-market clinical studies for Core Surgical Innovations, including preparing protocols, patient follow-up forms, and related documentation. Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies for products addressing unmet medical needs or demonstrating commercial potential. Oversee and interpret clinical investigation results to support new applications for medical devices, drugs, or consumer healthcare products. Manage operational aspects of trials in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice and country-specific regulations. Support trial planning activities such as budget preparation, clinical supply operations, and site selection. Represent Medtronic clinically within the region, building partnerships with local customers and authorities while driving evidence dissemination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of the field, typically gained through a combination of higher education and professional experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is also required
