Job Summary
Senior Clinical Research Scientist to support the CSER team in Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology. Responsible for producing clinical study protocols and reports, conducting literature reviews to inform evidence strategy, coordinating real-world evidence studies with external groups and internal teams, managing clinical trials including budgets and contracts, developing and delivering high-quality manuscripts and conference presentations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires strong scientific writing, cardiovascular/electrophysiology domain knowledge, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Physical Science, Nursing, Biological Science, or closely related field
- Minimum of 2 years of direct involvement in clinical research trials and scientific publications in a medical industry or related setting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong project management skills to balance multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with key partners across different time zones
- Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, Evidence Generation Strategy, and ICMJE standards
