Job Summary
Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide's clinical research projects across Oncology and Rare Disease. Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) to ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements. Perform study start-up activities including collecting regulatory documents, negotiating contracts and budgets, and training sites on data collection. Manage site activities during study maintenance and close out research activities upon study conclusion. Work remotely with regional travel required. Requires 5+ years of CRA experience, a university or nursing degree, and proficiency in CTMS and EDC systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree
- Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease
- Candidates must reside in the Central United States, preferably Texas
- Willingness to travel regionally required
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
