Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact between investigational sites and the sponsor, conducting all site visits including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out. Ensure site compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations while maintaining up-to-date documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems. Monitor patient safety through timely AE/SAE/PQC reporting, support subject recruitment, and oversee drug accountability. Resolve data queries, document site progress, escalate risks, and assist in tracking site budgets. This role requires 3+ years of on-site monitoring experience in oncology, hematology, or prostate cancer, with up to 50% travel across the northeast region. Salary range is $110,520.00-$138,150.00.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
  • Qualified RN
  • Eligible to work in United States without visa sponsorship
  • 3+ years of on-site monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, ideally including Oncology (Prostate Cancer, and Lung Cancer) and Hematology
  • Proficiency in ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and clinical systems like CTMS and eTMF
  • Clear communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative team player
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% for on-site monitoring visits across northeast region
  • Preference given to candidates residing in NJ / NY near major HUB airports to support efficient regional travel
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
