Job Summary
Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits for oncology trials. Provide mentoring to less experienced CRAs and site staff, document visit findings, and assess protocol adherence. Review subject safety information, informed consent, and CRFs to resolve data queries and ensure TMF compliance. Perform source document verification and verify IP receipt, accountability, and return. Execute accompanied site visits for assessment or training as requested. Requires 5+ years of CRA experience, a 4-year degree or RN/BSN, and willingness to travel. Full-time remote role in Brazil.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or RN/BSN in Nursing
- Willingness to travel required
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Superior organizational skills with attention to details
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC Systems
