Job Summary
Senior Clinical Research Associate performing on-site or remote monitoring visits (Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, Close-Out) to ensure facilities and staff at investigational sites are adequate for oncology and rare disease studies. Verifies investigator qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment and staff; trains site staff as necessary; supports regulatory/EC submissions; mentors junior staff and may perform co-monitoring visits. Requires ability to travel nationally, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and English proficiency. Based in Florida preference; remote work option available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 trials, ideally with oncology or rare disease
- Ability to travel nationally
- Full working proficiency in English
- Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
