Job Summary
Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide's clinical research projects, including identifying potential sites, performing study start-up activities, and closing out studies. Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) to ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements while overseeing site data collection and contract negotiations. Support sites through study maintenance and training on proper data reporting. Requires 5+ years of CRA experience, CNS/Rare Disease expertise, and regional travel. Salary range $97,000–$193,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree
- Experience in CNS/Neurology and Rare Disease
- Candidates must reside in the Central United States
- Willingness to travel regionally required
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
