Job Summary
Recruit General Dentists for practice opportunities across NY, NJ, PA, CT, MD, MA, VA, and DE, managing the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure database integrity by accurately adding candidates to the internal ATS and maintain a healthy pipeline using social media and sourcing tools. Strategically reach out to passive candidates, converting them to active applicants while building relationships via phone and live events. Collaborate with Dental Directors to deliver a five-star candidate experience and provide weekly updates on recruitment activity, time-to-fill, and offer metrics. Report status on multiple open positions and present results to the Provider Recruitment Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- prior clinical recruitment experience
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting tools/resources including social media
- Must be adept in change management with shifting goals while solving a variety of recruitment challenges in dental landscape
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Position may require some travel within the Northeast
- Full time position
- Open to Hybrid (based in Great Neck, NY) or remote work arrangements for NY, NJ, PA, CT, and DE residents
