Job Summary
Conduct the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for assigned departments and open positions. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to build a pipeline of clinical and non-clinical talent. Manage relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and colleges to obtain pertinent information for drafting postings and qualifying active and passive candidates. Provide mentorship and subject matter expertise to the Talent Acquisition team, guide daily operations, and support recruitment best practices while ensuring data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related area
- At least 5 years recruiting and/or human resources experience
- Experience in high volume recruiting
- Experience as a change agent; comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent skills in influence, negotiation, collaboration, and handling difficult conversations
- Skilled with competency and behavior-based interview and assessment
- Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes
- Adept with using a variety of recruiting technologies to source talent
- Some air travel required to attend job fairs and conferences
