Job Summary
Lead bid defense presentations and execute strategic planning for medium to large, multi-regional oncology studies. Set core project team objectives, manage cross-functional collaboration, and proactively monitor progress against contractual requirements. Serve as the primary project contact with customers, drive risk resolution, and implement corrective action plans to ensure quality and financial success. Manage change controls and optimize delivery speed, cost, and compliance with ICH GCP standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field
- More than 7 years clinical research experience including at least 3 years project management experience
- Greater than 2 years of experience managing Global studies
- Therapeutic area knowledge in Oncology
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e. ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines, towards clinical trial conduct
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including very good command of English language
- Strong negotiation and customer management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to understand customer needs
- Effective mentoring and training skills, fostering learning and knowledge sharing with colleagues
- Ability to work across geographies displaying high awareness and understanding of cultural differences
- May require occasional travel within Europe and the United States
