Job Summary
Senior Clinical Project Manager, CNS at IQVIA Biotech leads multi-regional CNS clinical studies, develops and implements integrated study management plans, and serves as primary client liaison. Responsibilities include bid defense presentations, cross-functional team leadership, risk management, milestone and budget oversight, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory standards, and driving speed, quality, and cost optimization. Requires lifecycle leadership of complex trials, strong client relationships, and ability to coordinate across geographies and functions; must demonstrate strategic study management, scientific acumen in CNS space, and effective stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 7+ years of clinical research experience
- 4+ years in project management
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across geographies and functions
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
