Job Summary
Lead the delivery of complex global and multi-regional clinical studies from start-up through close-out, driving operational excellence and ensuring quality, timeline, budget, and regulatory objectives are met. Serve as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions while directing cross-functional teams across regions. Oversee study timelines, budgets, risks, and financial performance to ensure successful outcomes in compliance with ICH-GCP and contractual commitments. Manage stakeholder alignment and issue resolution throughout the study lifecycle. This role supports IQVIA's Global Study Leadership team, delivering clinical trials for innovative medicines in therapeutic areas including Oncology, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Rare Disease.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related scientific discipline
- 7+ years of clinical research experience
- significant project management experience leading global or multi-regional clinical trials
- experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct
- knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
- knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams
- experience managing study delivery, including timelines, budgets, quality, risks and operational performance
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted sponsor relationships
