Job Summary
Review and verify clinical content for Lippincott Solutions products to ensure evidence-based accuracy, relevance, and consistency with current guidelines. Write and edit nursing materials while managing the full development cycle for digital products, including text, images, and videos across multiple releases. Develop editorial standards for subject matter experts, collaborate on workflow schedules, and resolve clinical queries with internal teams and external partners. Manage content budgets, support quality assurance initiatives, and evaluate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- College degree MS in Nursing or BS in Nursing
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 5 years recent nursing experience
- 8 days a month in the office

- Nursing Professional Development specialty certification
- Critical Care specialty certification
- Critical Care experience
- Experience as a Nursing Professional Development Specialist
- Experience as a Critical Care educator
