Job Summary
This role is focused on analyzing business problems and providing technical support for moderately complex information systems. The Senior Clinical Business Analyst will work under moderate supervision, develop documentation for projects, support testing, and engage in solutions development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 3 – 6 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation
- Highly organized with analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint applications, MS Teams, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
- Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
- Understanding of industry business analysis best practices
