Job Summary
Conduct webinars, workshops, and on-site demonstrations to train clients and provide technical support for PaxeraHealth medical imaging software. Create presentations, videos, and training materials while serving as a software expert to both clients and internal teams. Interface between customers and the development team to forward feedback for future enhancements, actively participating in the product development process to identify gaps. Manage software documentation, user manuals, and technical support content, and attend conferences to meet clients and demonstrate solutions at trade shows. Collaborate with technical teams to solve client problems involving hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. This role supports the mission of managing millions of medical images annually by shaping industry technologies for radiologists and clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English Language
- Experience as a radiology technologist or in similar clinical role
- A deep understanding of medical imaging and the challenges faced by professionals in this industry
- A Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering or similar field
- Strong presentation skills with sales ability
- Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information
- A hands-on and customer-centric approach
- Must be able to travel to demonstrate to clients and to trade shows on occasion
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology
