Job Summary
Monitor financial performance against budgets and standards, train Clinic Managers on policies and operations, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes. Act as a leader and mentor to Clinic Managers by conducting weekly one-on-one meetings, while participating in marketing efforts to new regional clients and maintaining contact with key referral groups. Monitor customer service reports to ensure high-quality clinic products and manage multi-facility operations with a focus on teaching staff to positively impact metrics and propose innovative solutions. Requires a CAPTE-accredited degree, PT license, and 3+ years of clinical and leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- 3+ years of experience leading clinical teams
