Job Summary
Senior Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist leading outpatient clinics for CORA with travel to Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort (Savannah meetings). Responsible for monitoring financial performance, training Clinic Managers, documenting evaluations and discharge notes, mentoring leaders, participating in regional marketing and referral development, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Requires CAPTE-accredited PT degree and licensure (or eligibility), 3+ years clinical experience, 3+ years leading clinical teams, strong communication skills, and ability to oversee multi-facility operations with a focus on teaching and impactful problem-solving. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- 3+ years of experience leading clinical teams
- Strong executive presence and effective communication at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multi-facility operations and mentor Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients, referral sources, and CORA personnel
