Job Summary
Senior Client Support for Private Client role supporting financial advisers to deliver wealth-management advice. Responsibilities include keeping client and plan information up to date in IO, requesting and validating plan data from providers, updating contributions/withdrawals, ensuring accurate valuations, collating costs and adviser charges, generating client valuation reports and related packs, preparing cases for submission, handling day-to-day client inquiries, new business processing, liaising with product providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and TCF/RCR requirements. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, data integrity, and up-to-date product and market information in a hybrid-working capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Maths and English GCSE grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience supporting an Adviser
