Job Summary
Senior Client Success Manager at N4 Studio leading a portfolio of retainer clients as the primary strategic contact. Own roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews; translate client goals into clear briefs for design, development, and content teams; drive account expansion including Webflow's Optimize and Analyze products; manage retainer budgets month by month and identify risks; run governance calls and produce useful client reporting; contribute to how the CS function scopes, briefs, and tracks delivery. Webflow experience is a strong advantage; the role requires a deep understanding of web platforms, SEO, CMS, and digital strategy, and a proven, calm, structured approach to managing multiple accounts. Remote-first with a real global culture; English proficiency required; experience with Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project-management tools is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a digital or creative agency
- 2+ years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role
- Experience managing retainer accounts
- Commercially sharp with upsell instinct
- Technically credible in web platforms, CMS, SEO, and digital strategy
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Experience with Webflow, Figma, Slack, and PM tools
- Professional working proficiency in English
