Job Summary
Senior Client Success Manager for high-value healthcare-provider SaaS accounts. Own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement to drive platform adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as the voice of the client, collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps, contribute to playbooks, and mentor teammates. Engage with C-level stakeholders, translate complex insights into actionable strategies, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Client Services; experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, health tech, or IDR strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Strategic and proactive mindset with proven ability to manage and grow high-value accounts, drive measurable outcomes, and mitigate risks.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and complex client implementations; strong project management and operational excellence skills.
- Experienced mentor and team contributor thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments; prior startup or healthcare provider experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with ability to build structure, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience leveraging client success, analytics, and project management tools to drive insight and execution.
