Job Summary
Senior Client Success Manager responsible for owning and overseeing client relationships across accounts, developing solutions for business-critical issues, mentoring junior account/relationship managers, collaborating with internal departments to ensure performance guarantees and optimal delivery, and preparing materials for executive leadership and external stakeholders. The role involves planning retention strategies through regular leadership reviews, coordinating with internal and external partners, and supporting cross-functional client project delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of account/relationship management experience; PMP and Six Sigma certifications are preferred. Virtual within the continental U.S. with travel up to 25% and ability to work across multiple time zones. Remote-friendly position allowing nationwide collaboration; U.S. work authorization required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or related discipline
- Five or more years’ account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting.
