Senior Client Strategist

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation for new enterprise clients, serving as the primary strategic advisor from kickoff through launch and early optimization. Build tailored implementation plans that align with workforce needs and partner with internal stakeholders to translate client requirements into coordinated, cross-functional solutions. Design activation strategies, discovery conversations, and communication plans to drive employee engagement and measurable business outcomes. Codify scalable workflows, toolkits, and playbooks to support future growth while tracking key success metrics and managing project risks with precision.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in client facing roles at an early stage, high growth start up
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous business problems and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Experience managing enterprise clients, influencing executive stakeholders, and building trusted consultative relationships
- A builder's mindset—you enjoy creating scalable processes, playbooks, and systems that improve how work gets done
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity are essential
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver measurable results
- Ability to work from our Boston office 2–3 days per week in a hybrid environment and travel up to 20–30% as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience consulting or strategy role strongly preferred
- Experience in HR technology, healthcare technology, employee benefits, digital health, or another complex B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
