Job Summary
Senior Client Solutions Manager to serve as the primary client contact for brand, agency, and publisher accounts, ensuring campaigns run smoothly while driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. Translate client goals into programmatic and digital media campaigns strategies and flawless execution; collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities; provide clients with clear pacing, performance, and optimization updates; act as the bridge between clients, operations, and sales teams; maintain knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships. Requires 4+ years in digital media/ad tech/programmatic advertising; familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick); proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce; highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines; strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills; hybrid work environment with NYC office; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and ongoing development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising
- Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick)
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and ease, manage programs effectively, and deliver clear performance updates
- Strong collaboration skills, partnering seamlessly with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales
- Naturally curious, with a desire to understand advertising technology and continually improve client outcomes
