Job Summary
Senior Client Solutions Consultant to own client relationships within Customer Success, build networks across levels to maximize business opportunities, and lead joint business planning processes. You will identify quantified opportunities, define service delivery elements, track ROI, manage the NPS process and client satisfaction, and collaborate with commercial functions to incorporate analytic and data quality elements into joint plans. Leverage NielsenIQ tools to advance client objectives through strategic thought leadership and flawless execution, and hand off opportunities to Account Development. Provide coaching and mentorship to the team and ensure a high standard of performance while delivering value through customer-centric, data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience of analyzing data in a T&D environment.
- Strong planning and servicing skills.
- Experience of working with clients to solve business issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstration of how to design solutions to answer client business issues.
- A consultative style of working.
- A proven track record of delivering success through others.
- Ability to build strong networks and relationships, internally and with clients.
