Job Summary

Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Healthcare Payments drives the configuration and customization of firm products, develops solution design documentation, supports revenue teams, and collaborates with Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to architect comprehensive solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves analyzing client data, engaging with technical client teams, guiding clients through complex technical decisions and architectural standards, developing training materials and collateral, supporting product demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects, and ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business strategy in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent across related products
  • Experience with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers to support the technical design of products or technology applications
  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create Project Charters and Statements of Work
  • Demonstrated critical thinking across various scenarios and willingness to learn healthcare trends
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations
