Job Summary
Deliver exceptional front-of-house and telephone customer service while coordinating appointments, waitlists, and practitioner schedules across multiple programs. Support and guide Client Services Officers with daily workflow and onboarding, responding to complex client enquiries with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate client records and administrative systems while coordinating meetings, organisational events, and operational administration. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the client experience through collaborative work with practitioners, managers, and corporate teams. This role requires an experienced administration leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, compassionate service.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in administration and client service within a busy environment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support people experiencing distress
- Experience providing guidance, mentoring or on-the-job support to team members
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and client management systems
- A commitment to culturally safe, trauma-informed and client-centred practice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the community services, health or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded
