Job Summary
The Senior Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple campaigns in the pharmaceutical space, driving strategic alignment and execution while partnering with clients to ensure projects meet brand objectives. This role requires advanced project management skills, the ability to maintain clear communication across stakeholders, and experience managing complex campaigns with a strong focus on timelines and deliverables. Candidates should have a proven track record of working in high-volume environments and a keen understanding of the HCP engagement process.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical life sciences, health tech, or a SaaS/platform environment serving pharma clients
- Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous multi-phase projects with parallel workstreams
- History of independently managing complex campaigns across multiple pharma stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate client goals into actionable campaign plans
- Extreme attention to detail with the ability to manage high task volume across accounts simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Strong command of project management tools (Asana or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as an organized, autonomous operator
- Experience operating in or alongside a SaaS or technology product environment where campaigns intersect with platform build cycles, QA gates, and technical dependencies
