Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate in Woodland Hills, CA on-site role. Primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, owning end-to-end account operations across custodial platforms, and mentoring junior associates as the team scales. Seeking a self-motivated, proactive professional who can operate without being told, follow up independently, and model excellent client service within a tight-knit, client-first RIA environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior CSA or client relationship role at an RIA or independent advisory firm
- Direct, hands-on communication with HNW clients as a primary point of contact
- Full end-to-end ownership of account operations — openings, transfers, ACATs, maintenance
- Schwab Advisor Services experience (Fidelity or Pershing also considered)
- Demonstrated mentorship or guiding presence with junior team members
- Commitment to a long-term career in client service — not a stepping stone to advisory or management
