Job Summary
Senior Client Service Representative responsible for serving financial advisors and investors by phone, delivering end-to-end support, resolving account/procedural/product queries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AGF products and policies. The role requires rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with a blended hybrid work arrangement: 3 days remote and 2 days at AGF’s downtown Toronto office. Responsibilities include building positive client rapport, interfacing with internal teams, and ensuring accurate information and professional service. Desired qualifications include post-secondary education, 3+ years in a contact center within financial services, and familiarity with Canadian securities education (preferred IFIC/CSC). Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education completed
- 3+ years of contact centre experience in financial services
- Canadian Securities Course and/or IFIC courses preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Proficient with multiple computer applications
- Problem-solving and customer-service oriented
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a contact centre role in financial services or fund company that distributes via financial advisors
- Post-secondary education completed and preferably completed the Canadian Securities Course and/or applicable IFIC courses
- Excellent communication skills, listening and written skills
- Self-starter with ability to navigate multiple computer applications and multi-task
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Willingness to work rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with advisors/investors
