Job Summary
Senior Client Service Representative role at AGF with hybrid work arrangement: remote 3 days per week and in-office 2 days at downtown Toronto. Responsibilities include serving as primary contact for advisors/investors to resolve account, transactional, procedural, and product queries (primarily via phone), maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AGF products and policies, delivering professional client interactions, supporting a positive team environment, and contributing to end-to-end client service. Qualifications include post-secondary education, preferably Canadian Securities Course and/or IFIC, 3+ years in a financial services contact center, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and the ability to work across multiple applications with problem-solving under pressure. Compensation range: $54,000–$56,500 annually; location-based hybrid schedule with a Toronto office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education completed; Canadian Securities Course and/or applicable IFIC courses preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a contact centre role within financial services or fund company
- Experience supporting financial advisors or investors
- Excellent communication, listening, and written skills
- Ability to navigate between multiple computer applications and multi-task
- Strong problem-solving and composure under pressure
- Willingness to work rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday
