Job Summary
Senior Client Service Manager to manage and cultivate multiple high-value client relationships in advertising campaigns. Serve as liaison between clients and Ad Operations, overseeing onboarding, launch, and ongoing campaign management; review and deliver detailed reporting with actionable insights; proactively address client needs; multitask across multiple complex campaigns to ensure timely, budget-conscious deliverables; collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign success; lead client-facing calls and communicate strategies, results, and recommendations; stay current on industry news and capabilities to inform clients; mentor junior Client Service Managers.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in client service or account management within an advertising agency
- Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts
- Strong understanding of advertising industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables on time and within budget
- Mentorship or team leadership experience
- Experience leading client-facing calls and presenting strategies, results, and recommendations
