Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate provides high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, prospective and existing clients, and branch staff. Responsibilities include handling high-volume client interactions across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels; opening new client accounts; researching client and security information; preparing and reviewing documents for insurance purchases, Roth IRA conversions, and college-savings accounts; generating business reports; managing CRM records; supporting marketing efforts; and ensuring accuracy and timely processing of client paperwork. Requires strong communication across platforms, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of three (3) years financial services industry experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
