Job Summary
Manage high-level client servicing escalations across multiple workflow channels, resolving complex billing, funding, and chargeback inquiries while guiding clients through PCI compliance. Provide expert technical support for POS terminals, payment gateways, and VAR integrations, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing account maintenance. Analyze statements and fees to reprice accounts, perform account maintenance, and facilitate compliance discussions to protect revenue. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and third-party providers to coordinate client experiences and support retention initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, five years in merchant services, and proficiency in Salesforce and Clover platforms. Exempt status applies; candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in merchant services or related industry
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Knowledge of various third-party gateway and payment processing platforms
- Experience with Clover products and platforms
