Job Summary

Senior Client Service Account Associate will act as a key advisor and proactive partner to a portfolio of large corporate and/or financial institution clients within J.P. Morgan Payments Client Service. You will support client use of Payments Products and Services, serve as the central point of resolution for service issues, identify product/service gaps and opportunities, educate clients on regulatory and cyber changes, and collaborate to drive client growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include assessing client progress and satisfaction, managing escalations, conveying complex ideas clearly, and leveraging Treasury Services capabilities to deliver value while adhering to risk policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience
  • Intermediate understanding of Treasury Products and Services, including knowledge of financial exposure/operational risk related to TS transactions
  • Technical knowledge to recommend value-added solutions for clients and partners
  • Ability to present oral and written communication clearly and confidently
  • Time management in a fast-paced environment with ability to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively partner with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Flexibility with working hours and ability to utilize virtual connectivity tools (VDI, Blackberry/Good mobile suite) when needed
