Job Summary
Senior Inside Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of existing clients and converting opportunities from potential clients using Sage X3 add-ons and Net at Work solutions. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding sales goals, maintaining and expanding a robust pipeline, qualifying and converting opportunities to active service clients, collaborating with clients on mutual success plans, delivering standard product demonstrations, engaging with cross-functional teams for handoffs, staying informed on product/industry trends, forecasting and reporting, and leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools. Requires 5+ years in inside sales or related roles, a proven quota-attainment track record, proficiency with CRM/sales tools, and familiarity with ERP/HCM or similar SaaS applications. Base salary range: $60,000–$75,000 plus commissions; comprehensive benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management
- Track record of quota achievement and driving growth in existing and new accounts
- Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools
- Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or other SaaS business applications is highly preferred
