Senior Client Relationship Representative

Job Summary
Manage complex service and relationship needs by conducting in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial situations and recommend integrated solutions across multiple product lines. Perform and oversee complex monetary and non-monetary transactions, including balancing cash, teller systems, vault, and ATM operations while ensuring adherence to internal controls. Process higher-risk client requests such as stop payments and exceptions, act as a point of escalation for advanced inquiries, and lead by example in achieving individual sales goals through outbound call blocks and teleconsulting activities. Serve as a senior resource providing guidance and informal coaching to Client Relationship Representatives and Service Associates, while supporting the Banking Center Manager with operational reviews and workflow optimization. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards including BSA, OFAC, and CIP requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of one (1) year of banking, sales, or related experience
- A minimum of six (6) months of experience selling products or services
- S.A.F.E Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Ability to obtain Notary Public designation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of products/services offered by the bank (all lines of business)
