Senior Client Relationship Manager

Develop and implement business plans for top Credit Union and Bank partners, coordinating onboarding, project leadership, and key initiatives to maximize revenue and opportunities. Manage strategic partnerships by establishing cadences for engagement calls, business reviews, and annual strategic planning meetings while analyzing client goals to drive organic growth. Communicate key trends and updates from partners to senior management, constructively challenge internal teams to deepen relationships, and maintain tracking systems to ensure contractual requirements and KPIs are met.
